Strawberry Mango Kombucha

Season 1, Episode 1

Have you ever had a mocktail before? It’s an alcohol-free version of a typical drink. Mocktails are actually becoming a huge thing. When I go into restaurants, I see many options for alcohol-free drinks. I love that! Because sometimes you just want something other than water.

So what’s Kombucha? Well, it’s a beverage created from fermenting sweet tea with culture of bacteria and yeast. I know, it doesn’t sound super appetizing, but it can actually be quite delicious.

Not only is it a lower calorie option, but Kombucha has the possibility to be a powerhouse for your body. While research is pretty limited, kombucha is a fermented food which means that it is gut-friendly. That means that our mocktails we’re about to mix up can help with digestion and potentially boost your immune system.

Blackberry Cider Mocktail

Season 1, Episode 13

How many of you drink Apple Cider Vinegar? One of my favorite ways to do that, is mix it into my water with some agave syrup. In fact, I crave that taste first thing in the morning and throughout the day.

I’ve recently discovered a different way to drink apple cider vinegar. It’s called ‘drinking vinegar.’ You infuse apple cider vinegar with different fruits and herbs and combine it with sparkling water to create a fizzy kombucha-like mocktail.

I mean, Kombucha. Sparkling water. Fruity flavors. What a winning combination. We’re making a Blackberry Cider Mocktail.
