Blackberry Cider Mocktail
INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen blackberries
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T rosemary simple syrup
¾ c water
2-4 cups blackberry sparkling water
1 slice orange and 1 rosemary stem for garnish
Before we mix up the mocktail, we’ll need to make the Rosemary Simple Syrup.
INSTRUCTIONS (ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP)
Combine 1 c sugar and 1 c water + 2 rosemary stems and 1 T chopped rosemary in a sauce pan over medium heat
Bring to boil and simmer 5-10 min.
Let cool 10-15 min
Strain and store in refrigerator
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine 1st 4 ingredients in blender. Pulse until blackberries are smooth. Strain mixture into a jar
Fill a short glass with ice, pour blackberry mixture to fill ¼ of way.
Fill the rest with sparkling water and garnish
