Blackberry Cider Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries

  • 2 T apple cider vinegar

  • 2 T rosemary simple syrup

  • ¾ c water

  • 2-4 cups blackberry sparkling water

  • 1 slice orange and 1 rosemary stem for garnish

Before we mix up the mocktail, we’ll need to make the Rosemary Simple Syrup. 

INSTRUCTIONS (ROSEMARY SIMPLE SYRUP)

  • Combine 1 c sugar and 1 c water + 2 rosemary stems and 1 T chopped rosemary in a sauce pan over medium heat

  • Bring to boil and simmer 5-10 min.

  • Let cool 10-15 min

  • Strain and store in refrigerator

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine 1st 4 ingredients in blender. Pulse until blackberries are smooth. Strain mixture into a jar

  • Fill a short glass with ice, pour blackberry mixture to fill ¼ of way.

  • Fill the rest with sparkling water and garnish
