Tuna Salad Cabbage Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
1 5-ounce can of tuna
3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup minced celery
salt and pepper to taste
cabbage leaves
optional: red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS:
Squeeze the water (or oil) from the tuna fish and place in a large bowl.
Mix together with the yogurt, red onion, celery, salt & pepper, and optional spices.
Fill the cabbage leaves with the tuna mixture and pack it up!
