Tuna Salad Cabbage Wraps

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 5-ounce can of tuna 

  • 3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup minced red onion

  • 1/4 cup minced celery

  • salt and pepper to taste 

  • cabbage leaves

  • optional: red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Squeeze the water (or oil) from the tuna fish and place in a large bowl. 

  2. Mix together with the yogurt, red onion, celery, salt & pepper, and optional spices.

  3. Fill the cabbage leaves with the tuna mixture and pack it up!
