Fresh strawberries
Pineapple cubes
Skewer Sticks
Blood Orange Olive Oil for drizzling
Kosher salt
Coconut Balsamic Vinegar for topping

Our grill is pre-heating to medium-high.
Skewer strawberries and pineapple chunks
PRO TIP: SOAK YOUR SKEWER STICKS IN WATER FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE SKEWING SO THAT THE WOOD ENDS DON’T BURN OFF. HEHE
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt
I like using Kosher salt because it has a less intense flavor and is purer than table salt. It also contains less sodium by volume.
