Strawberry Pineapple Skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh strawberries

  • Pineapple cubes

  • Skewer Sticks

  • Blood Orange Olive Oil for drizzling

  • Kosher salt

  • Coconut Balsamic Vinegar for topping

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Our grill is pre-heating to medium-high.

  • Skewer strawberries and pineapple chunks

    • PRO TIP: SOAK YOUR SKEWER STICKS IN WATER FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE SKEWING SO THAT THE WOOD ENDS DON’T BURN OFF. HEHE

  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt

    • I like using Kosher salt because it has a less intense flavor and is purer than table salt. It also contains less sodium by volume.
