Spiced Grape Mocktail
INGREDIENTS:
18 oz. Welch’s 100% grape juice
3 tbsp grated ginger
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground cardamom OR 5 cardamom pods crushed
6 oz. seltzer water
Cinnamon sticks for garnish optional
DIRECTIONS:
Combine grape juice, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom to a small saucepan. Stir and bring to a simmer
Simmer for 5 five minutes, then remove from heat and let stand until the mixture reaches room temperature (about 20 minutes)
Strain mixture and pour into a serving glass and top off with seltzer
