PEPPERMINT CLOUD DESSERT
INGREDIENTS
1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup finely crushed peppermint
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixer, whip together the whipping cream and sugar. Set aside.
In a food processor grind about 8-10 peppermint(you want them ground finely, almost like a powder).
Fold the ground peppermint into the whipping cream.
Evenly distribute the dessert between 4-5 dessert cups or fancy glasses
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, more if you can, so the flavors have time to meld.
