PEPPERMINT CLOUD DESSERT

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/3 cup finely crushed peppermint

INSTRUCTIONS

  •  In a mixer, whip together the whipping cream and sugar. Set aside.

  • In a food processor grind about 8-10 peppermint(you want them ground finely, almost like a powder).

  •  Fold the ground peppermint into the whipping cream.

  • Evenly distribute the dessert between 4-5 dessert cups or fancy glasses

  •  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, more if you can, so the flavors have time to meld.
