Peanut Butter & Bacon Dog Donuts

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 C almond flour

  • 1 C quick oats

  • 1/2 c peanut butter

  • 1/3 C MCT oil

  • 2 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 375º

  • Lightly spray donut mold pan with cooking spray

For dough mixture, in a large bowl add:

  • 1 cup of flour

  • Add 1/2 C peanut butter

  • Add 1 C quick oats

  • Add 1/3 C MCT oil

  • Add 2 whole eggs

Combine ingredients to create a nice pasty dough. Add to donuts mold. Make sure to pack dough as donuts will rise.

Bake for approximately 14 minutes or until golden brown.

Decorate donuts with non-fat greek yogurt for frosting and sprinkle bacon-bits! Put in freezer to allow yogurt to harden.
