MCT OIL THAI ICED TEA
INGREDIENTS:
SPICED BLACK TEA CONCENTRATE:
1 c boiling water
4 organic black tea bags
3 star anise pods
5 cardamom pods, crushed
2 whole cloves
½ - 1 tsp cinnamon to taste
3 c room temperature water
Ice for serving
MCT OIL CREAM:
1 can full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp MCT oil
¼ tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup (or liquid vanilla stevia) or more to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
SPICED BLACK TEA:
Bring 1 c water to boil
Remove from heat and add tea bags, star anise, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon
Steep 10 minutes
Strain into bowl and add 3 cups room temp water
Set aside and make the MCT Oil cream
MCT OIL CREAM:
Add full can of coconut milk, 2 tbsp MCT oil, ¼ tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup and blend on high speed until creamy
TO FINISH…
Fill 2 cafe glasses with ice at least halfway up.
Add tea mixture to fill ¾ of glass
Top it off with the dairy-free MCT Oil cream.
