MCT OIL THAI ICED TEA

INGREDIENTS:

SPICED BLACK TEA CONCENTRATE:

  • 1 c boiling water

  • 4 organic black tea bags

  • 3 star anise pods

  • 5 cardamom pods, crushed

  • 2 whole cloves

  • ½ - 1 tsp cinnamon to taste

  • 3 c room temperature water

  • Ice for serving

MCT OIL CREAM:

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp MCT oil

  • ¼ tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup (or liquid vanilla stevia) or more to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

SPICED BLACK TEA:

  • Bring 1 c water to boil

  • Remove from heat and add tea bags, star anise, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon

  • Steep 10 minutes

  • Strain into bowl and add 3 cups room temp water

  • Set aside and make the MCT Oil cream

MCT OIL CREAM:

  • Add full can of coconut milk, 2 tbsp MCT oil, ¼ tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup and blend on high speed until creamy

TO FINISH…

  • Fill 2 cafe glasses with ice at least halfway up.

  • Add tea mixture to fill ¾ of glass

  • Top it off with the dairy-free MCT Oil cream.
