Layered Pasta Martini
INGREDIENTS:
Pesto Sauce
Marinara Sauce
Fresh Mushrooms
Mushroom Ravioli
Salami
Fresh Basil
Chili Flakes
Shredded Mozzarella (regular and Dairy Free)
8 Martini Glasses
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare tortellinis as instructed on packaging, drain and set aside.
In a Martini glass, simply layer in all ingredients!!
Marinara Sauce
Cheese Ravioli
Fresh Mushrooms
More Marinara Sauce
Salami
Fresh Basil
Chili Flakes
Shredded Mozzarella (regular and Dairy Free)
For a vegan option:
Start by a dollop of fresh pesto sauce at the bottom and layer mushroom tortellini with all other ingredients!
Garnish with a mushroom head and cherry tomato.
You’ll want to use different garnishes for your guests to easily see which one is the vegan option. Don’t you just love options? Place them out for your guests to enjoy. What I love about this is that they are portion controlled individual servings.
