KIMCHEE & CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Kimchee

  • Cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • Sourdough bread

  • Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Butter bread 

  • Grill to golden brown and flip

  • Add cheese on both slices

  • Add kim chee on 1 slice when cheese melts

  •  For an extra twist try an open face sandwich and add egg to both slices
