Glitter Fruit Yogurt Bark

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup agave syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

  • Edible glitter to sprinkle

DIRECTIONS:

  • Stir together yogurt, vanilla extract and agave syrup.  If using full-fat yogurt, you’ll get a nice creamy result. 

  • On a parchment lined ½ sheet baking pan, spread your yogurt mix.  

  • Layer all your favorite fruits and dairy free chocolate chips.

  • Sprinkle pink and gold glitter sugar.

  • Place in freezer for at least 3 hours or until hardened

  • When ready, break apart into pieces and serve immediately
