Glitter Fruit Yogurt Bark
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Edible glitter to sprinkle
DIRECTIONS:
Stir together yogurt, vanilla extract and agave syrup. If using full-fat yogurt, you’ll get a nice creamy result.
On a parchment lined ½ sheet baking pan, spread your yogurt mix.
Layer all your favorite fruits and dairy free chocolate chips.
Sprinkle pink and gold glitter sugar.
Place in freezer for at least 3 hours or until hardened
When ready, break apart into pieces and serve immediately
