FUNFETTI, COOKIES AND CREAM & CHEESY VEGAN POPCORN

FUNFETTI POPCORN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag popcorn

  • 1 c. white chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 3 tbsp. Funfetti or vanilla cake mix

  • 1/4 c. rainbow sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a small, microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. 

  • Stir in the cake mix.

  • Place the popcorn in a gallon-sized resealable bag

  • Add the white chocolate mixture and sprinkles

  • Seal and shake until the popcorn is coated.

  • Lay parchment paper on baking sheet

  • Spread an even layer and top with additional sprinkles, if desired. 

  • We’re going to chill this in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens

COOKIES AND CREAM POPCORN

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag popcorn

  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

  • 1 c. white chocolate chips

  • 1 sleeve Oreos, crushed

Any kind of popcorn works here, though light butter or 94 percent fat-free tends to be the best choice if you're looking for pure cookies & creme flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Pour popcorn into a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag.  Set aside

  • Pour 1 sleeve of oreos into a gallon-sized resealable bag crush.

  • Like we did before for the funfetti flavor, we’ve melted down the white chocolate.

  • Add the white chocolate mixture to popcorn, seal and shake until it’s nicely coated.

  • Pour Oreos into the bag, close, and shake until the Oreo bits cover the popcorn. 

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out an even layerPour mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it in an even layer.

  • Refrigerate or set aside for 20 minutes, so the white chocolate can harden.

CHEESY VEGAN POPCORN

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 bag popcorn

  • 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast

  • 2 tbsp Spirulina

  • Pink Himalayan salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Open bag of popcorn, add all ingredients and shake. That simple!
