CRAB STUFFED SALMON
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover imitation crab poke
Salmon filets
Sticky rice
Sea salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice a “pocket” in your salmon or slice in half
FOR STUFFING:
Add imitation crab poke
Add panic breadcrumbs
Add pinch of sea salt
Add chives

Stuff salmon with stuffing mix making sure salmon is packed nice and tight. Season salmon with sea salt on both sides.
On medium high heat, add olive oil and cook salmon about 10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
