Coffee and Croissants

INGREDIENTS (EASY CHAI LATTE)

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon, or to taste

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves

  • 3 tbsp syrup

INSTRUCTIONS (EASY CHAI LATTE)

  • In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and syrup

  • Whisk to combine

  • Adjust any seasoning to your taste

  • Top with frothed milk, sprinkle more cinnamon and serve

INGREDIENTS (FANCY CROISSANTS)

  • Croissants

  • Almonds, sliced

  • Powdered sugar (or cocoa powder)

  • Chocolate candy melts

INSTRUCTIONS (FANCY CROISSANTS)

  • Place croissants on a baking sheet and toast for 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  • In the microwave, melt the chocolate candy melts in a glass bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth consistency.

  • Dip croissants or drizzle chocolate on top and add almonds, if desired.

  • Sift powdered sugar (or cocoa powder) over croissants if desired.
