Coffee and Croissants
INGREDIENTS (EASY CHAI LATTE)
2 cups almond milk
¾ tsp ground cinnamon, or to taste
¼ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground cloves
3 tbsp syrup
INSTRUCTIONS (EASY CHAI LATTE)
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and syrup
Whisk to combine
Adjust any seasoning to your taste
Top with frothed milk, sprinkle more cinnamon and serve
INGREDIENTS (FANCY CROISSANTS)
Croissants
Almonds, sliced
Powdered sugar (or cocoa powder)
Chocolate candy melts
INSTRUCTIONS (FANCY CROISSANTS)
Place croissants on a baking sheet and toast for 2-3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In the microwave, melt the chocolate candy melts in a glass bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth consistency.
Dip croissants or drizzle chocolate on top and add almonds, if desired.
Sift powdered sugar (or cocoa powder) over croissants if desired.
