CocoJava Mochi Pancake Skewers

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 8oz bag CocoJava coconut confetti mochi pancake mix

• 1/2 C Unsweetened coconut milk

• 2 T Coconut oil

• Fresh bananas, strawberries, blueberries

• Hazelnut spread

DIRECTIONS:

The best part of the pancake mix is that all you need to do is add unsweetened coconut milk and coconut oil and add mix!

I like using a griddle so I can make alot of little bite sizes at the same time.

Once they’re done, simply stack them with your favorite fruit to create a skewer.  Add hazelnut spread to make it an extra special treat.
