CHOCOLATE DIPPED WAFERS

INGREDIENTS:

  • Sugar wafers (or cookies of choice)

  • 1 container microwave dipping chocolate

  • Sprinkles of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Melt chocolate according to directions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  • Dip wafers and place on baking sheet

    • You can also use different cookies.  I personally like the dainty size and shape of the wafers so we’re using strawberry and vanilla wafers

  • Quickly sprinkle glitter or colorful shapes and leave to dry and harden for a few minutes.

  • Place on fun platter and position next to your pancakes
