CAKE BATTER CHEESECAKE BITES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 box cake mix

  • 1 8oz brick of cream cheese, softened

  • Rainbow sprinkles

  • White melting chocolate (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix cake mix into the (softened) cream cheese.

  • Add in sprinkles to the mix for some color.

  • Using a small ice cream scooper, portion out the cheesecake bites.  A spoon also works, but I find the ice cream scooper works best.

  • Roll bites in sprinkles.
