Butter Dipped Radish
INGREDIENTS:
1 stick unsalted, good quality butter Hawaiian Honey
3 bunches of assorted radishes
Fresh dill
Fleur de sel
DIRECTIONS:
Trim the roots and a portion of the radish stems. Be careful when handling the leaves as the stems can be quite prickly. Don’t throw the leaves, we’re using them in another recipe later in the show.
I’ve left the Hawaiian Honey butter out at room temperature to soften. Once you get a melted chocolate consistency….
sprinkle in some fresh dill
Whisk until combined
Dip the radishes, place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
We’re going to place them in the refrigerator for the butter to set. That should take just a few minutes...
DISSOLVE
Place them on a cute stand and serve with sea salt for dipping.
The french way calls for fleur de sel, but for salt whatever floats your boat. We’re adding a local twist and serving it with Hawaian sea salt.
