Blueberry Ginger Sizzle Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1½ tsp fresh grated ginger or a ¾-inch knob
¾ cup pomegranate juice
¾ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 tsp flax seeds
1 tbsp honey or agave
½ cup or 4 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until completely smooth and serve immediately
