Blueberry Ginger Sizzle Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1½ tsp fresh grated ginger or a ¾-inch knob

  • ¾ cup pomegranate juice

  • ¾ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tsp flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey or agave

  • ½ cup or 4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend until completely smooth and serve immediately
