BLOODY BEET MARY

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 4 oz vegetable juice

  • 4 oz beet juice

  • 2 tbsp white grape juice

  • 1 tbsp of sriracha

  • Kosher salt and cayenne pepper for rim

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon wedges for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Rim your glass with lemon juice and dip into kosher salt and cayenne pepper mix

  • Pour vegetable and beet juice into tall glass filled with ice

  • Add sriracha and stir

  • Squeeze lemon

  • Add fresh ground pepper

  • Garnish with lemon slice and olive
