BANANA CHIA PUDDING
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
4 bananas, plus banana slices, for topping
2 tablespoons chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender:
Pour in ½ c of milk
Next add your bananas which will give it the perfect pudding texture and blend until smooth.
Transfer pudding into an airtight container and stir in Our final ingredient which is a fibre and protein packed Chia Seed.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours to allow the chia seeds to plump up.
