BANANA CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk

  • 4 bananas, plus banana slices, for topping

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a blender:

Pour in ½ c of milk 

Next add your bananas which will give it the perfect pudding texture and blend until smooth.

  • Transfer pudding into an airtight container and stir in Our final ingredient which is a fibre and protein packed Chia Seed.

  • Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours to allow the chia seeds to plump up.
