AVOCADO POWER SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ large ripe avocado,diced

  • 1 tbsp minced ginger

  • ½ c frozen mango cubes

  • ⅓ c plain non-fat yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Cayenne pepper to taste

  • 1 c water (add more or less water) 

  • 1 c ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth

    • Insert ingredients individually with BROLLs and voiceover

  • Pour yourself a ‘lil jolt

  • Serve immediately 

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
