AVOCADO POWER SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
¼ large ripe avocado,diced
1 tbsp minced ginger
½ c frozen mango cubes
⅓ c plain non-fat yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Cayenne pepper to taste
1 c water (add more or less water)
1 c ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth
Insert ingredients individually with BROLLs and voiceover
Pour yourself a ‘lil jolt
Serve immediately
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
