Apple Pie Cheesecake Rolls
INGREDIENTS:
Almond flour tortills
Peanut butter
Reduced-fat cream cheese
Apple sticks
Apple Pie Spice
DIRECTIONS:
On one half of the tortilla, evenly spread peanut butter.
Spread cream cheese evenly on the other half of the tortilla.
Place half of the chopped apples down the center of the peanut butter, and the other half down the center of the cream cheese.
Sprinkle apples with apple pie spice.
Beginning with the side with the peanut butter, roll toward the cream cheese side.
