AHI POKE PATTIES
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover Ahi Poke
Eggs
Crushed tortilla chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Dice leftover poke and add to a mixing bowl
Mix in eggs and crushed tortilla chips
Form into patties and cook in pan until golden brown on each side
Once done, add them over a bed of brown rice or mixed greens
You can also drizzle Kabayaki sauce too!
